The new favorite at this point is Tyreke Evans, the Sacramento Kings guard being credited for turning around last year\’s worst NBA team. He is a star in the making, and his averages of over 20 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists are just phenomenal.
Omri Casspi, one of his teammates, who came from Israel, is also in the running with a great chance. He has looked really fabulous with his ability to shoot just about 50% on field shots, and the way he plays defense and makes so many three pointers is quite impressive.
One player who is doing good right now is Golden State\’s point guard, Stephen Curry, who has been doing consistently well at that position. This is a good thing for this franchise\’s future, but if he doesn\’t do better during the second half of the games, then he most likely will not be considered.
The final possibility is also a point guard named Johnny Flynn and he plays for Minnesota. He is from Syracuse and judging from the way he has been playing, you would not think he was a rookie. It looks as if he will definitely be having a nice long NBA career.
